Salmon Tartar
It looks so fancy but this salmon tartar is so easy to make! It only takes 15 minutes and it is also perfect for lunch, as a starter or even main!

- 100-200 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- ½ cucumber
- 1 tbsp wasabi mayonnaise
- ½ tsp lemon juice
. Cut the avocado, salmon and cucumber into pieces and place in a bowl and add a little bit of lemon juice.
Mix everything together.
Put in a mold, press and remove the mold. Add the wasabi mayonaise on top.
Vegan: use bell pepper instead of salmon. Cut the bell pepper in cubes, cook in a frying pan and add some ginger, black pepper and soja sauce.
