Peanutbutter Chocolate Rice Crisps
Equipment
- 18x18 cm baking thin
ingredients
- 75 g puffed rice
- 160 g peanut butter
- 4 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp salt
Chocolate layer
- 150 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
instructions
- Heat up the peanut butter, agave syrup and salt on high heat for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the puffed rice.
- Place the puffed rice with peanut butter in a baking thin. Make sure you press it well.
- Add the melted chocolate on top and place it in the fridge.
- Cut it with a hot knife so the chocolate will not break.
