Tuna Melt
A cheesy sandwich with tuna and cheese!
ingredients
Tuna
- 160 g canned tuna (in spring water)
- 3 tbsp yoghurt (or mayo)
- 1 tsp sriracha
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Sandwich
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp (soy) butter
- 60 g grated cheese
instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the tuna.
- Spread the butter on 1 side of the slices of bread.
- Top the other side of the bread with the tuna spread and cheese.
- Grill the sandwich.
