Apple Pancakes
High protein pancakes filled with apples and cinnamon!Everything you need for an autumn breakfast!

Pancake batter
- 70 g oat flour
- 20 g (soy) protein powder (if you use regular, add 20 ml less milk)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- 2 egg whites
- 100 ml (almond) milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 2 sweet red apples
Peel and cut the apples in slices. Take out the center.
Mix the oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl.
Add the egg whites, milk, vanilla extract and agave syrup. Mix till smooth.
Dip the apple slices into the batter and take them out with a fork. Place them directly into the frying pan. Flip when it starts to bubble.
Vegan: not possible
Seasoning: optional to add a little bit of salt to the batter.

- 70 g havermeel
- 20 g (soja)proteïnepoeder (gebruik je gewone, voeg dan 20 ml minder melk toe)
- 1 tl kaneel
- 1 tl bakpoeder
- ⅛ tl bakpoeder
- 2 eiwitten
- 100 ml (amandel)melk
- 1 tl vanille-extract
- 1 tl agavesiroop
- 2 zoete rode appels
Bereiding:
- Schil en snijd de appels in schijfjes. Haal het centrum eruit.
- Meng het havermeel, eiwitpoeder, kaneel, bakpoeder en bakpoeder in een kom.
- Voeg de eiwitten, melk, vanille-extract en agavesiroop toe. Mix tot een gladde massa.
- Doop de appelschijfjes in het beslag en haal ze eruit met een vork. Leg ze direct in de koekenpan. Draai om als het begint te bubbelen.
