Feta Peach Tart with Chili Honey

The viral apple tart trend but with my own (amazing) twist! 😍 it’s peach tart with feta and caramelized honey!

Equipment

  • Oven

ingredients
  

  • 6 puff pastry
  • 4 peaches
  • 100 g feta
  • 3 tbsp chili honey (chili flakes mixed with honey)
  • 3 tbsp regular honey

instructions
 

  • Defrost your puff pastry (place a wet towel on top to prevent them from drying out).
  • Cut your peaches in slices. 
  •  Place 1/2 tbsp chili honey on baking paper, spread it out in the length of the peaches. Place 5 slices of peach on top. Sprinkle the feta over it and drizzle regular honey over it. 
  • Cover it with puff pastry. 
  • Place in the oven on 180C for 20 minutes. 
  • Turn the puff pastries around in one smooth movement and you have a delicious tart ✨
