I am obsessed with this shaved frozen fruit trend!! 🍓🍑🍉 I’m a strawberry girl, so obviously I did it with strawberries (and again pistachios) 🫶🏼 you can use any kind of fruit you like xx

• 3-5 frozen strawberries
• 200 g coconut yoghurt
• 1 tsp honey
• 5 g crushed pistachios

instructions

 

• Add the coconut yoghurt to a bowl.
• Grate the frozen strawberries on top.
• Drizzle the honey on top and sprinkle with pistachios
