Nacho Bites
Crips filled with all the goodness of a nacho; guacamole, pulled chicken, salsa, melted cheese and a jalapeño!
- 12 (Pringle) chips
- 1 avocado ((guacamole))
- 50 g pulled chicken ((optional))
- 30 g salsa
- 2 tbsp cheese dip ((lactose-free recipe in notes))
- 2 jalapeños

Mash the avocado into guacamole.

Place the chips on a plate.

Layer it with guacamole, pulled chicken, salsa, cheese and a slice of jalapeño.

Prepare them right before serving as the chip will get soft.
Lactose-free cheese sauce:
- Heat up 1 tbsp soy butter, 1 tbsp flour and 200 ml oat milk.
- Once smooth, add a grated cheese with 0 sugar. Add 10 g first, mix till melted and add more, repeat this step till you added 80 g cheese.
