Salmon Toast

- Frying pan
ingredients
- 200 g salmon
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tsp chive
- ½ tsp dill
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4-6 slices bread
instructions
- Mix together the eggs, milk, chive, dill, salt and pepper.
- Break or cut the bread in pieces. Add it to the egg mixer. Turn it so all the pieces are covered.
- Bake the bread pieces in a frying pan till gold brown and they are no longer soaked.
- Put the bread in a bowl and add pieces of smoked salmon to it.
