Tuna Sushi Balls
Equipment
- 1 Cooking pan
ingredients
- 100 g (sushi) rice
- 300 g tuna
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Toppings
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 20 g seaweed strips
- 1 spring onion
instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Create balls out of the rice/tuna mixture.
- Add the toppings on top.
