Cinnamon Glaze

instructions
Whisk the eggs. Add the nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and milk.
In a different bowl, mix the ingredients for the cinnamon glaze.
Cut rounds out of the bread.
Grease the rounds with the egg wash on both sides. Afterwards, grease both sides with the cinnamon glaze.
Place the 7 rounds in a line. Make sure they cover each other a little bit.
Roll them up and create a rose.
Bake for 15 minutes on 190 C.
